HELLOS, FAREWELLS, AND ROSES

Saying goodbye is always hard, especially when you have developed a strong love and friendship with someone. Our dear friend Mary Doran is off to her condo is Seattle for the next six months. Granted she and her husband are going to have a fabulous time with their two daughters, but we are going to miss her tremendously.

We love you, Mary!
Before she left, she finished this beautiful jacket using Mission Falls. She refused to let us take a picture of her, but we couldn't let her leave without taking a picture of her masterpiece.
This button adds the right touch of panache to this lovely garment.

WE HAVE SOME NEW BOOKS!
The Jenny Watson Collection that is featured in the Queensland 12 Pattern book has amazing children patters from ages 2 to 13! This a great way to make matching things for siblings. Think of the cute family pictures in your future!
And for adults, she presents beautiful sweaters and cardigans in the Ester Bitran Hand Dyes Pattern Book.

WE HAVE NEW YARN TOO!
This is called HAZE and we just oohed and ahhed for about an hour......then we had lunch....then we went back to oohing and ahhing. This yummy stuff is 60% Corn Viscose, and 40% Cotton. Come and check it out!

And we are ecstatic to have Linares sitting on our shelves!
This cotton/viscose blend has our imaginations whirring! It is definitely in the realm of fabulosity!

Leslie Schumann brought this stunning bouquet of roses for Tasha. Its exquisite beauty has all of us smiling every time we see it so Tasha left it at the shop to share this wonderful gift.
Leslie has impeccable taste!
How could they be any more beautiful?
Just like this! Magical perfection!

Happy Knitting and Crocheting, my friends!
