WE CHALLENGE YOU!!!

Well, Hiya Hiya actually challenges you but we want to encourage our knitting family to step up to the plate and show them what we're made of! The mission if you choose to accept it is to design a small project using 100 grams/3.5 oz of yarn or less and Hiya Hiya 9" circular needles.



The contest is underway as we speak and the deadline is April 1, 2010.

The designed items must fall under one of the following categories:

Footwear, Handwear, and Other Wearables.

PRIZES

FIRST PRIZE: 250 dollars!!
SECOND PRIZE: A complete set of Hiya Hiya Interchangeable Needles
THIRD PRIZE: A Hiya Hiya Project Bag and Needles

The winners will be determined by popular vote.

Here are the requirements:

Your pattern must be your own original design and your project must be completed with 100 grams/3.5oz of yarn or less. Submissions should be sent to:

The item must be received on or before April 1st, 2010. Submissions must include your name, address and email address, your completed project, pattern, and a picture of you together with your Hiya Hiya needles and project. They are asking you to email them a copy of your pattern in Word or an equivalent format. Winners grant permission for their pattern to be published as a free gift in Hiya Hiya needle packages. All projects will be returned to the designer. In the event of a tie, The Knitting Zone Inc. will cast the final votes.
